We are proud to announce Nitu Kashap has been awarded Security Manager of the Year at this year’s Regional British Security Awards.
Organised by the British Security Industry Association, the British Security Awards celebrate the achievements, acts of bravery and innovations of the professional security industry.
Nitu joined FGH Security back in 2022 with a strong background in Aviation Security, she has since worked her way up from the front line to Security Manager showcasing her dedication to Keeping People Safe and a passion for being Great Today Better tomorrow. She now heads up our New West End (NWEC) partnership, continuing to develop her knowledge in both physical and digital security strategies and completing specialist training in areas such as testing and corporate risk management.
She has truly embedded herself within the NWEC team through authentic leadership, building an outstanding rapport with frontline officers within her team, enabling her to drive cultural change. Over the years, Nitu has shifted her team’s mindset on what it means to be part of Team FGH, providing incredible support through coaching, learning and development opportunities and by building clear communication channels, truly living our value of Looking After Our Team.
We’ve seen the positive change driven by Nitu among the team, made possible through her outstanding and authentic leadership. Her team respects her as a leader, and in the process of building this incredible rapport with the frontline team, Nitu has ultimately improved security operations as a whole within the partnership.
