We are pleased to announce our contract expansion with JD Sports.
We’ve been providing Retail Security Officers to JD stores since 2021, and we are now their national provider, deploying our team to all stores with a security presence.
Our security partnership began at JD’s flagship store on Oxford Street. From there, we took on additional stores in the London area, inclusive of Tottenham Hale, Wembley Park and Bond Street.
From the start of our contract, we worked closely with JD Sports’ Loss Prevention Team to keep shrinkage low. Our team was consistent in meeting stock loss targets while still providing a high level of customer service.
Earlier this year, the long-anticipated Stratford Megastore finally opened after an extension and full refit. This is their biggest-ever store, located across two floors, home to even more of everyone’s favourite brands.
Our team’s performance has been imperative in the expansion of our security partnership, and we are proud to work with such a leading brand.
