We’re proud to announce that Nitu Kashap has been awarded Security Manager of the Year at the 2025 National British Security Awards.
Since joining FGH Security in 2022 to lead our New West End Company partnership, Nitu has gone above and beyond in her role, helping to raise standards and always leading by example.
Nitu aligns herself with our values, striving to Be Great Today, Better Tomorrow, through dedication to her learning and development, as well as the continuous upskilling of her team. In the last year, Nitu has achieved her Level 4 in Physical Penetration Testing Operations and Level 5 in Corporate Risk Management, helping her to strengthen her knowledge in both physical and digital security to better support her team and our customers.
Nitu’s authentic leadership style sets her apart from others and has built an incredible rapport with her team and our customers. Nitu has fostered a culture of open communication and acts as a mentor, coaching and developing everyone on her team.
