New Service Launch: TCM™

Following a number of deeply concerning incidents involving questionable tea-making practices, we are now proud to officially launch our Tea Compliance Monitoring™ Service.

While we are known for delivering high-quality security and safety services across a wide range of sectors, we also understand that standards in the workplace are shaped by the small things as much as the big ones. And few things can divide a team faster than a badly made brew.

A new service for a very real issue

From today, customers will be able to access a new support package designed to help organisations identify, address and prevent unacceptable tea preparation behaviour in the workplace.

This includes:

  • Anonymous reporting of milk-before-teabag activity
  • On-site brew audits for workplaces where concerns have been raised
  • Practical advice on improving tea-making standards across teams

For organisations looking for an enhanced level of support, our Premium Package, available from £499 per year, includes:

  • Dedicated brew station camera monitoring
  • Real-time violation alerts
  • Immediate, polite intervention from our response teams

Early intervention is key

As with many workplace issues, we believe the best approach is early intervention.

That is why we work closely with HR teams to support a sensible and proportionate response, helping organisations deal with tea-related concerns before they develop into something more serious.

We also believe proper tea-making should form part of every company induction. Setting clear expectations from day one helps create consistency, reduce risk and protect the overall wellbeing of the workplace brew culture.

At FGH, we have already added tea-making best practice into our own induction process so that Team FGH can lead by example.
